WASHINGTON –U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) voted in favor of the appropriations package which funds the Department of Defense, the Department of Labor, the Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Education, and related agencies. It was passed by a vote of 85-7.
