Note: Effective October 1, 2017, the shipping fee has increased to $6.80 per flag and the certification fee increased to $8.00 per flag. These prices reflect a $2.80 increase in shipping fee and a $1.00 increase in the certification fee.
All purchases that were made prior to October 1, 2017 will receive the 2016 rates.
Option 1 (simplest and fastest method)
Click here to order and pay for a flag online. You will be directed to Senator Graham's Pay.gov website, which is a payment processing website run by the U.S. Treasury Department. Here, you will be able to enter your order request and shipping information and have the choice of a variety of electronic payment methods.
If you prefer to mail in your request along with a payment, please follow the below instructions and complete the form below. NOTE: Because mail screening procedures delay the arrival of mail sent to the Capitol complex, please allow 10 business days for your mail to arrive at our Washington Office.
Please complete one form per flag requested. If you would like your flag flown over the Capitol, you must submit your request at least four weeks prior to your desired flying date. After completing the required fields below, click on the “Generate Order” button at the bottom of the page. A PDF document will appear with the information you have provided. Please print and mail this PDF document along with a money order or check payable to the “Keeper of the Stationery.” Mail the PDF document AND money order or check to:
