“I am honored to have been present in the Capitol Rotunda for a very moving tribute for the Reverend Billy Graham. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan, and President Trump did a fantastic job encapsulating the life and works of Reverend Graham.
“On behalf of the South Carolinians who could not be in attendance, I spoke with Reverend Graham’s family and passed on our state’s condolences and congratulations on a life well lived.
