WASHINGTON -- U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced a Greenwood, Hemogenix, company will receive a $502,065 grant from the National Cancer Institute to support ongoing cancer research. The project supported by this grant money focuses on cancer treatment. “This is exciting news for South Carolina,” said Graham. “I’m proud that our state is conducting cutting edge research to eliminate this dreadful disease.”
