WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced the Mitford Rural Water District in Fairfield County will receive an $800,000 grant and $1.004 million loan. The funds will be used for an expansion to the current water system. The expansion consists of the construction of 241,000 feet of waterlines. The expansion adds an additional 32 users. When completed, the project will have 962 residential users and 25 other users. #####
