WASHINGTON- U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today announced CareSouth Carolina in Hartsville and Catawba Care Coalition in Rock Hill will each receive a $400,000 grant to help provide comprehensive primary health care for individuals living with HIV disease.
