Graham Addresses Electoral Results on Senate Floor

WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) yesterday made these remarks on the Senate floor in opposition to objection to the Electoral College votes for President-elect Joe Biden.

  • “I cannot convince people, certain groups, by my words, but I will tell you by my actions.  Maybe I, above all others in this body, need to say this: Joe Biden and Kamala Harris are lawfully elected and will become the President and the Vice President the United States on January 20th.” https://youtu.be/QgznrFnnqlU?t=312
  • “The final thing: Joe Biden. I've traveled the world with Joe. I hoped he’d lose. I prayed he would lose. He won. He's the legitimate President of the United States.” https://youtu.be/QgznrFnnqlU?t=301
  • “Trump and I, we've had a hell of a journey. I hate it being this way. Oh my God, I hate it. From my point of view, he's been a consequential president. But today……first thing you'll see.” https://youtu.be/QgznrFnnqlU?t=113
