WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) today made this statement on Kelvin Washington being confirmed as the United States Marshal for the District of South Carolina.  Before becoming Marshal, Washington served as Sheriff of Williamsburg County. 

“Kelvin was an outstanding choice to serve as U.S. Marshal for South Carolina.  He has a distinguished law enforcement background, and I know he will serve both the state and nation with distinction.  I was proud to
